  1. Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure they align with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in contracts.
  3. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
  4. Ensure all contracts are accurately documented, filed, and maintained in a timely and organized manner.
  5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contract management.
  6. Identify potential risks and opportunities in contractual agreements and communicate them to relevant parties.
  7. Manage contract approval and execution processes, including obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.
  8. Monitor and track contract milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  9. Participate in contract meetings and discussions, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  10. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of contract management.
  11. Communicate and enforce contract policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact contract management and make necessary adjustments.
  13. Train and mentor team members on contract management processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by proactively seeking opportunities to improve contract management processes and support business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
