  1. Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials for Hologic's innovative medical products.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and vendors, to ensure successful trial implementation.
  3. Create and manage trial timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of trials.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies throughout the trial process.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure alignment on trial objectives and timelines.
  6. Monitor and analyze trial data to identify trends and potential issues, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Develop and maintain trial-related documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  8. Train and mentor team members on clinical trial processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate trial progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and scientific meetings.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research to continuously improve trial processes and outcomes.
  11. Act as a leader and role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving patients' lives.
  12. Travel to trial sites and attend investigator meetings as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate For A Clinical Trial Lead Role At Hologic Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Clinical Trial Process, Including Fda Regulations And Ich-Gcp Guidelines. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Clinical Trial Protocols And Study Designs.

  • Previous Experience In Leading Clinical Trials: Hologic Is Looking For A Candidate Who Has Experience Leading Clinical Trials From Start To Finish. This Includes Managing Study Timelines, Budgets, And Resources, As Well As Overseeing The Recruitment And Enrollment Of Study Participants.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: As A Clinical Trial Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail And Analytical Thinking: The Clinical Trial Lead Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Accuracy And Completeness Of All Study Data And Documentation. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During The Trial.

  • Leadership And Communication Abilities: As A Leader For A Clinical Trial Team, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, As Well As With External Stakeholders Such As Investigators And Study Sponsors. They Should Also Be Able To Make Informed Decisions And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members When Needed.
