- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and vendors, to ensure successful trial implementation.
- Create and manage trial timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of trials.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies throughout the trial process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure alignment on trial objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze trial data to identify trends and potential issues, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain trial-related documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
- Train and mentor team members on clinical trial processes and procedures.
- Communicate trial progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and scientific meetings.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research to continuously improve trial processes and outcomes.
- Act as a leader and role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving patients' lives.
- Travel to trial sites and attend investigator meetings as needed.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate For A Clinical Trial Lead Role At Hologic Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Clinical Trial Process, Including Fda Regulations And Ich-Gcp Guidelines. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Clinical Trial Protocols And Study Designs.
Previous Experience In Leading Clinical Trials: Hologic Is Looking For A Candidate Who Has Experience Leading Clinical Trials From Start To Finish. This Includes Managing Study Timelines, Budgets, And Resources, As Well As Overseeing The Recruitment And Enrollment Of Study Participants.
Excellent Project Management Skills: As A Clinical Trial Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
