  1. Utilize clinical expertise to provide support for Hologic's medical imaging systems and software.
  2. Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper use and functionality of our imaging technology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs for new products and software updates.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical imaging technology to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by customers.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
  7. Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the product development team.
  8. Represent Hologic at conferences, trade shows, and other events to showcase our products and provide educational sessions.
  9. Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals, videos, and online resources.
  10. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Hologic's imaging solutions.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the use and maintenance of our imaging systems.
  12. Travel to customer sites to provide on-site training and support as needed.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for Hologic's imaging technology, providing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows for optimal customer experience.
  15. Uphold Hologic's mission to improve the lives of women worldwide through innovative healthcare solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Technical Role In The Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hologic Products And Software, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Provide Technical Support.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Hologic Products.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards For Medical Devices, Including Fda Regulations And Iso Certifications.
