  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the healthcare industry.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our medical technologies to potential customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  5. Provide product demonstrations and trainings to healthcare professionals and potential customers.
  6. Act as a liaison between the company and customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
  9. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, promoting our mission and values in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Medical Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Clinical Or Diagnostic Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Achieving Sales Targets And Developing Strong Customer Relationships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Understanding Of Clinical Processes And Regulations.
