
Breast Surgery Territory Manager

- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share in the breast surgery territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including surgeons, nurses, and other key decision makers.
- Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and features of Hologic's breast surgery products and how they can improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-service trainings to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the breast surgery portfolio.
- Attend and represent Hologic at conferences, symposiums, and other industry events.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on breast surgery products and techniques, and stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, representing the company's mission and values.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend company meetings and trainings.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through self-learning and participation in company-provided trainings.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Sales And Territory Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Breast Surgery Procedures And Products, Including Knowledge Of Hologic's Breast Surgery Product Portfolio.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Hologic's Products And Services.
