- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Hologic breast health equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for equipment issues and customer needs.
- Train and educate customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service requests, timelines, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment repairs, and customer interactions.
- Stay current on industry advancements and updates, continuously expanding knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while performing job duties.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, representing the company in a professional manner and promoting our commitment to improving women's health.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities for equipment upgrades and service contract renewals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new service strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Servicing Medical Equipment, Ideally In The Field Of Breast Health.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hologic Breast Health Products, Including Mammography Systems, Biopsy Systems, And Image Processing Software.
Familiarity With Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements For Medical Devices.
