  1. Perform regular maintenance and repair of breast health equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with breast health equipment, and propose and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and updates into existing systems.
  4. Conduct equipment trainings for internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper and safe usage of breast health equipment.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, and provide reports and updates to management as needed.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in breast health technology, and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or improvements.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, promoting our mission and values to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Travel to different locations as needed to provide on-site support and maintenance services.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and expertise to potential customers during product demonstrations.
  12. Continuously improve processes and procedures related to equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of breast health equipment and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Medical Equipment Maintenance, Preferably With Breast Imaging Systems

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Medical Device Maintenance And Repair

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Customers And Team Members
