  1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads and drive sales for weddings and events at Holiday Inn Hotels.
  2. Create and execute strategic sales plans to reach and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Collaborate with the hotel's events team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of weddings and events.
  4. Conduct site visits and provide detailed information and proposals to potential clients.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's facilities, services, and pricing to effectively sell to clients.
  6. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and close sales.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences and tailor packages accordingly.
  8. Handle all aspects of event planning, from initial inquiry to post-event follow up.
  9. Oversee the execution of weddings and events to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, bookings, and events.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to continuously improve and differentiate our offerings.
  12. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to attract new business.
  13. Uphold the hotel's brand standards and ensure all events adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to create long-lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
  15. Continuously seek out new sales and marketing opportunities to drive business and increase revenue.

Job Qualifications

  • Customer Service Oriented: In The Hospitality Industry, Providing Exceptional Customer Service Is Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Warm And Friendly Demeanor, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Their Satisfaction And Loyalty.

  • Knowledge Of Weddings Industry: A Weddings Sales And Events Executive Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Weddings Industry, Including Current Trends, Popular Venues, And Vendors.
