Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience through owner and in-stay products and platforms.
Oversee the development and execution of new products and platforms, ensuring they meet company standards and guest expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product and platform enhancements.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
Evaluate and negotiate partnerships with vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and services.
Monitor and track the performance of existing products and platforms, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, hotel managers, and other team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest experience.
Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates and insights on product and platform initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and platforms and networking with potential partners.
Continuously evaluate and streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Handle any issues or concerns related to owner and in-stay products and platforms, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
