  10. Meet and exceed performance goals, such as call handling time and guest satisfaction ratings.
  11. Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, events, and other relevant information to effectively assist guests.
  12. Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the switchboard and reception desk.
  14. Attend all required training and meetings to stay informed about hotel policies and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
