  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture for Holiday Inn Hotels, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  3. Monitor and evaluate security systems and processes to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and protocols across all hotel systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in security architecture and recommend adjustments to the hotel's security strategy as needed.
  6. Train and educate hotel staff on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  7. Investigate and respond to security incidents, conducting thorough analyses and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external security vendors and consultants to ensure the hotel has access to the latest security technologies and resources.
  9. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that security measures are integrated into all systems and processes.
  10. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on the hotel's security posture and any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other security team members.
  12. Continuously assess and improve security processes and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of the hotel.
  13. Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
  14. Act as a liaison between the hotel and law enforcement agencies in the event of a security incident.
  15. Oversee the implementation of security training programs for all hotel employees to ensure a strong culture of security awareness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Identity And Access Management Strategies And Solutions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Identity And Access Management, Including Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Secure And Scalable Identity And Access Management Systems For Large Organizations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Frameworks And Compliance Requirements Such As Pci Dss, Hipaa, And Gdpr.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
