  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's products, services, and competitive landscape.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  10. Constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed guest expectations.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  13. Represent the hotel in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures.
  15. Stay updated on the hotel's promotions, packages, and special offers to effectively sell to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Sales Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
