  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the hotel.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they are motivated, engaged, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create and execute integrated sales campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business and secure repeat business.
  6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  7. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and at industry events.
  8. Train and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  9. Collaborate with revenue management to set and adjust pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  10. Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure they are in line with company goals.
  11. Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
  12. Maintain a strong customer-centric mindset and ensure all sales efforts are focused on providing exceptional service to our clients.
  13. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and provide regular updates on sales performance and initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop creative solutions to drive sales growth.
