Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Sales Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Position, The Sales Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Representatives. They Should Also Be Able To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Senior Sales Manager Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, Negotiating Deals, And Communicating With Various Internal Departments. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
