Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models and identify key business drivers.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in data science and hospitality industry.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
Continuously monitor and evaluate data processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Use data to enhance guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to access and integrate relevant data sources.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Manipulation: A Senior Data Scientist At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Statistics, Data Mining Techniques, And Programming Languages Such As Python And Sql. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization Tools Like Tableau.
