Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Security Protocols And Procedures, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Management Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Security Personnel.

  • Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Hotel Security, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies And Procedures.

  • Proficiency In Security Technology And Systems, Including Cctv, Access Control, And Alarm Systems.

  • Ability To Remain Calm And Make Quick, Effective Decisions In Emergency Situations, As Well As Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations With Guests And Staff.
