- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a quick and efficient response to any security situations.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide regular reports to hotel management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve hotel security.
- Train hotel staff on emergency procedures and conduct regular drills to ensure all employees are prepared for potential security situations.
- Conduct investigations into any security breaches or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and laws.
- Manage the security budget, track expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints related to security and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the security team, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Security Management, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Procedures, Emergency Protocols, And Risk Management Strategies.
Experience In Managing A Team And Providing Training And Development Opportunities For Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations Calmly And Professionally.
