  8. Conduct regular training sessions for hotel staff on safety and security procedures, ensuring all employees are prepared to handle potential security threats.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a consistent and efficient approach to security throughout the hotel.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents, investigations, and training sessions.
  11. Communicate and enforce all hotel policies and procedures related to safety and security.
  12. Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to safety and security, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with hotel management to discuss security issues, concerns, and updates.
  14. Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security, ensuring the hotel's compliance.
  15. Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor at all times and serve as a role model for the security team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response Plans, Risk Assessments, And Surveillance Techniques.

  • Previous Experience In A Security Role: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Security-Related Role Is Typically Required For A Security Manager Position. This Can Include Experience In Law Enforcement, Military Or Corporate Security.
