- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees at Holiday Inn Hotels.

- Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their duties.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify any vulnerabilities and address them promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a coordinated approach to security.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to security measures at the hotel.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, investigations, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular training and drills for hotel staff to ensure they are prepared to handle any security-related situations.
- Continuously review and update security protocols to adapt to changing circumstances and potential threats.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints related to security, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Manage the security budget and make cost-effective decisions while maintaining high levels of security.
- Act as a point of contact for guests and employees in matters related to security, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Represent Holiday Inn Hotels in a professional manner and uphold the brand's standards of excellence in all security-related matters.
Experience In Security Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Security Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Includes Experience In Managing Security Operations, Implementing Security Protocols And Procedures, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Handling Emergency Situations.
Knowledge Of Security Systems And Technologies: The Security Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Security Systems And Technologies, Such As Cctv Cameras, Access Control Systems, And Alarm Systems. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues With These Systems.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Security Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Security Personnel. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Motivate And Supervise Their Team.
