Strong Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: A Security Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Guests, Employees, And The Property.
Experience In Emergency Response And Crisis Management: In The Event Of An Emergency Or Crisis, The Security Manager Should Be Able To Respond Quickly And Effectively, Making Critical Decisions To Protect The Hotel And Its Occupants.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader In The Hotel, The Security Manager Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Employees, And Law Enforcement Agencies.
Familiarity With Security Technology And Systems: The Security Manager Should Have Experience With Security Technology Such As Surveillance Cameras, Access Control Systems, And Alarms, And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Maintain These Systems.
