  1. Support the sales team by coordinating and managing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales and increase revenue for the hotel.
  3. Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies.
  4. Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing innovative sales strategies and initiatives to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns to effectively market the hotel and its services.
  8. Maintain and update the hotel's database of clients and prospects, ensuring accurate and detailed records of all sales activities.
  9. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
  10. Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related functions to represent the hotel and generate leads.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  12. Keep abreast of the competition and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
  13. Uphold the brand image and standards of the hotel at all times.
  14. Act as a team player and assist other departments as needed to ensure the overall success of the hotel.
