Job Description

At Holiday Inn Hotels, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping drive revenue and sales for our hotel.   1. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
  2. Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  4. Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  5. Coordinate and attend sales meetings, presentations, and events.
  6. Maintain and update customer databases and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and bookings.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  9. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for sales initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed sales decisions.
  11. Provide support and assistance to the sales team as needed.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, vendors, and team members.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales and pricing guidelines.
  15. Represent the hotel in a positive and knowledgeable manner at networking events and trade shows.
