  1. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to all client inquiries and requests.
  2. Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals by assisting with lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Coordinate and organize sales meetings, events, and presentations.
  5. Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as reservations and event planning, to ensure seamless coordination for clients.
  7. Keep updated records of client information, contracts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  8. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
  10. Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings to promote Holiday Inn Hotels and generate new business.
  11. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Ensure all sales materials and collateral are up to date and readily available for the sales team.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing Holiday Inn Hotels at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and packages to attract new clients.
