  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase bookings for the hotel.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and develop targeted sales initiatives.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings.
  6. Coordinate and attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows to promote the hotel and its services.
  7. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities, packages, and special offers.
  8. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  9. Work closely with other departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
  13. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and safety.
