- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist servers in setting up and preparing tables for guests.
- Refill and restock supplies such as glasses, plates, utensils, and condiments.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Assist servers in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Monitor and refill water glasses and other beverages for guests.
- Ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience by promptly attending to any requests or concerns.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping floors, and organizing menus and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment.
- Work with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Attend all training sessions and meetings to continuously improve service skills.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Previous Experience In A Similar Role: A Restaurant Server Assistant At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Or Hotel Environment. This Will Help Them Understand The Expectations And Responsibilities Of The Role.
