1. Assist Servers in providing exceptional service to guests by promptly greeting and seating them, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
2. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
3. Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and efficiently to any requests or concerns.
4. Communicate with Servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to guest’s preferences and restaurant standards.
6. Handle guest payments and accurately record all transactions.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
8. Assist with special events or banquet service as needed.
9. Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of service.
13. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the overall success of the restaurant.
14. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
15. Keep track of inventory and assist with restocking and ordering supplies as needed.
16. Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
17. Remain knowledgeable about local attractions, events, and amenities to assist guests with recommendations and directions.
18. Provide excellent customer service by resolving any guest complaints effectively and efficiently.
