As the Reservations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by managing all aspects of the reservation process.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the reservation process for the hotel, including but not limited to handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring accuracy of reservation information.
  2. Monitor and maintain the reservation system to ensure efficiency and accuracy in bookings.
  3. Manage and train reservation staff to provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for the hotel.
  5. Communicate with other departments to coordinate and confirm guest reservations and special requests.
  6. Ensure all guest information and special requests are accurately recorded and communicated to appropriate staff.
  7. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Keep up-to-date records of room availability, rates, and promotions.
  9. Analyze reservation data and provide reports to management on trends and performance.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase reservations and revenue.
  11. Maintain a strong knowledge of the hotel's products and services to effectively assist guests with their reservations.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reservation management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  14. Adhere to all reservation cancellation and modification policies and procedures.
  15. Handle any reservation cancellations or modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
  16. Collaborate with front office and housekeeping departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  17. Maintain and update the hotel's reservation and guest database.
  18. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of reservation data.
  19. Work closely with revenue management team to forecast room availability and rates.
  20. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience and provide exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hotel Reservations Management.
