  1. Manage room reservations: The Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for managing all room reservations, including booking, modifying, and cancelling reservations.

  3. Ensure smooth operation of the hotel: The Reservations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, by coordinating with other departments to ensure all reservations are accurate and guests have a seamless experience.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records: It is the responsibility of the Reservations Coordinator to maintain accurate and organized records of all reservations, room availability, and guest information.
  5. Assist with billing and invoicing: The Reservations Coordinator will assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  6. Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints: The Reservations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries and complaints related to reservations, and will be responsible for responding promptly and effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams: The Reservations Coordinator will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote and sell hotel services, packages, and special offers.
