- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, facilities, and policies to effectively address guest questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards guests, promoting a welcoming and hospitable environment.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and responding to guest requests.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and sell rooms and packages.
- Keep the reservation system and guest information updated and organized.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Reservation Agent At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Colleagues.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Reservation Agent Position, As They Will Be Responsible For Providing Exceptional Service To Guests During The Reservation Process.
