Greet and assist guests with making reservations for their stay at Holiday Inn Hotels.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering guests' questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively communicate them to guests.
Utilize computer systems to accurately input and update guest information and reservation details.
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high level of service.
Up-sell room upgrades and additional services to guests to enhance their experience.
Handle reservation cancellations and modifications with efficiency and professionalism.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met during their stay.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, even during high-pressure situations.
Keep accurate records of reservations and guest interactions for future reference.
Identify and report any maintenance or housekeeping issues in guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel procedures and policies.
Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and employees.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the hotel.
