- Assist guests with making and modifying reservations, ensuring all details are accurately entered into the system.
- Understand and effectively communicate the hotel's cancellation and refund policies to guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs and requests are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and increase repeat business.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with hotel promotions and packages to effectively upsell and increase revenue.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, especially during peak periods and busy seasons.
- Adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on hotel operations and procedures.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area, including desks, phones, and computer systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and provide a seamless guest experience.
