  1. Assist guests with booking reservations for their stay at Holiday Inn Hotels.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
  4. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services and amenities to guests.
  5. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies and procedures to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues.
  7. Keep accurate and organized records of guest reservations and transactions.
  8. Stay updated on hotel room availability and rates to provide accurate information to guests.
  9. Follow up with guests after their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by management.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Holiday Inn brand.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
  13. Keep the reservation system and guest information confidential and secure.
  14. Adhere to company standards and guidelines to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
  15. Assist in other duties and tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the hotel.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Reservation Agents At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Handle Reservations Over The Phone Or Through Emails.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Reservation Agent At Holiday Inn Hotels. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Customers, Resolve Complaints, And Provide Exceptional Service.

  • Knowledge Of Reservation Systems: Proficiency In Using Reservation Software And Systems Is Essential For A Reservation Agent. Candidates Should Have Experience With Popular Systems Like Opera, Sabre, Or Amadeus.

  • Attention To Detail: A Key Responsibility Of A Reservation Agent Is To Accurately Record And Process Reservation Details. Therefore, Candidates Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure All Information Is Entered Correctly And Reservations Are Accurately Booked.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Working As A Reservation Agent Can Be Fast-Paced And Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. Candidates Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Customer Needs And Hotel Standards.
