Job Description

Welcome to Holiday Inn Hotels, where our guests feel at home and our team members feel like family. We are currently seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our dedicated team. As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by accurately receiving and tracking incoming shipments, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with other duties as needed.   1. Accurately receive and track incoming shipments: The receiving clerk will be responsible for checking all incoming shipments against purchase orders and ensuring that they are received in good condition and accurately recorded in the system.
  2. Maintain inventory levels: The receiving clerk will monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing department to ensure that the hotel has an adequate supply of necessary items at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Receiving Clerk At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
