5. Train and coach hotel staff on quality processes and procedures to ensure consistency among all locations.
6. Develop and maintain quality control policies and procedures for all aspects of hotel operations.
7. Conduct regular training sessions for hotel staff on quality standards and best practices.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality control to continuously improve hotel operations.
9. Serve as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from guests, management, or staff.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure quality standards are met.
11. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing overall quality.
12. Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met by conducting regular inspections and providing necessary training to hotel staff.
13. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to quality and report findings to upper management.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.
15. Represent Holiday Inn Hotels in a professional and positive manner at all times.
