- Develop and implement strategies for the enhancement and optimization of the Food & Beverage Point of Sale (POS) systems at Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the POS systems remain competitive and meet guests' needs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including defining product requirements, creating timelines, and overseeing testing and quality assurance.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth integration of the POS systems with other hotel systems and platforms.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and success of the POS systems.
- Train and educate hotel staff on how to use the POS systems effectively, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Continuously gather feedback from guests, staff, and management to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to POS systems and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Monitor and manage the budget for the POS systems, including forecasting and cost control.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations in the F&B industry to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for the F&B department at Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Represent Holiday Inn Hotels at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry developments.
- Uphold and promote the brand's values and standards of exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Experience In The F&B Industry: A Product Manager For F&B Point Of Sale At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have A Strong Background In The Food And Beverage Industry, With Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Customer Preferences, And Operational Challenges.
Product Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Product Management, With Experience In Developing And Launching Successful F&B Point Of Sale Products. This Includes Market Research, Product Design, And Project Management Skills.
