Provide exceptional customer service to guests during special events and banquets.
Set up banquet tables, linens, and other event equipment according to specifications.
Greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their designated tables.
Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all guest dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas at all times.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations as needed.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with event clean-up and breakdown.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Attend training and meetings as required.
Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide an exceptional dining experience.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Be available to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Follow all safety and security procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure success of events and banquets.

Job Qualifications

Previous Experience In Serving And Catering Events: To Excel In An On-Call Server Banquet Job At Holiday Inn Hotels, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Serving And Catering Events. This Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With The Hotel's Standards And Procedures, And Can Provide High-Quality Service To Guests.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As An On-Call Server Banquet, Candidates Will Be Interacting With Guests Throughout The Event. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Crucial To Ensuring A Positive And Memorable Experience For Guests.
