As an On-Call Server Banquet, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests during special events and banquets.   1. Provide outstanding customer service to guests during special events and banquets.
  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Set up and breakdown banquet spaces according to event specifications.
  4. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
  6. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with kitchen and other banquet staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  8. Follow all food safety and alcohol policies and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  10. Assist with event planning and execution, including menu selection and set-up details.
  11. Attend all required training sessions and staff meetings.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
  13. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, representing the Holiday Inn brand.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  15. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  16. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  17. Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  18. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the banquet team.
  19. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  20. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role At A High-Volume Banquet Facility Or Hotel.

  • Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Service Standards, Including Proper Table Setting And Etiquette.

  • Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Colleagues.

  • Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed.
