
Night Manager

As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the evening and ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. - Oversee all operations during evening shifts to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
- Manage and supervise the night staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Monitor and maintain hotel standards and procedures to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular rounds of the hotel to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
- Prepare and review night audit reports and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for the smooth functioning of the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address any issues and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the night staff.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions and services to effectively communicate with guests.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise during the night shift.
- Be a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role Within The Hotel Industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Strong Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Guest Services.
Flexibility To Work Night Shifts And Weekends, As The Role Requires 24/7 Availability.
