Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the evening and ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Oversee all operations during evening shifts to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
  2. Manage and supervise the night staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and security personnel.
  3. Monitor and maintain hotel standards and procedures to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  4. Handle guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Conduct regular rounds of the hotel to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
  6. Prepare and review night audit reports and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
  7. Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
  8. Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  9. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for the smooth functioning of the hotel.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address any issues and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  11. Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed.
  12. Create and maintain a positive work environment for the night staff.
  13. Stay updated on hotel promotions and services to effectively communicate with guests.
  14. Handle any emergency situations that may arise during the night shift.
  15. Be a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role Within The Hotel Industry.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Guest Services.

  • Flexibility To Work Night Shifts And Weekends, As The Role Requires 24/7 Availability.
