- Manage and oversee the performance of all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement promotional and operational initiatives to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain hotel standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and control departmental budgets and expenses to meet financial targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations and performance.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.
- Communicate effectively with other managers and senior leadership to provide updates on performance and progress of initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to hotel operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high levels of safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and train new staff as needed.
