- Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of our global workforce.
- Monitor and analyze current workforce trends and make recommendations to senior management for improvements and adjustments.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and create staffing schedules to meet operational demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules, vacation requests, and availability.
- Work closely with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and assist in recruitment efforts as needed.
- Identify and address any staffing gaps or issues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to optimize productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with department managers to ensure open communication and effective collaboration.
- Train and coach department managers on best practices for workforce planning and scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce planning to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on workforce planning initiatives and provide updates on progress and results.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations related to workforce planning and scheduling.
- Proactively address any staffing challenges or issues to minimize disruptions and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and hospitality, promoting the Holiday Inn brand and values.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Strategic Decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Capacity Planning, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices In Workforce Planning And Management.
