- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts to enhance guest experience and drive business growth.
- Research industry trends and stay updated on the latest F&B innovations to continuously improve and differentiate our offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chefs, marketing, and operations to bring new concepts to life.
- Lead and motivate a team of F&B professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of all concepts.
- Create and maintain budgets, profitability analysis, and cost control measures for all F&B initiatives.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality and cost-effective sourcing of products.
- Oversee menu development and pricing strategies to ensure profitability while meeting customer demands and expectations.
- Train and coach F&B staff on new concepts and menu items to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to suggestions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels and promote our F&B offerings through various channels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all F&B outlets.
- Participate in regular meetings and presentations to provide updates and insights on F&B concepts and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and make necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Solid Background In The Food And Beverage Industry, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Or Leadership Position.
Strong Knowledge Of F&B Concepts And Trends: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current And Emerging F&B Concepts, Trends, And Consumer Preferences. This Will Be Essential In Developing Innovative And Successful F&B Concepts For Holiday Inn Hotels.
Proven Track Record Of Successful F&B Concept Development: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing New F&B Concepts That Have Resulted In Increased Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, And Brand Recognition.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Manager, F&B Concept & Innovation, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of F&B Professionals And Working Closely With Other Departments. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
