As the Manager of Construction, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and renovation of our properties to ensure they meet our brand standards and exceed guest expectations.   1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects for Holiday Inn Hotels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the brand's standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement construction plans and timelines.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure quality work and adherence to project specifications.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays.
  5. Manage project budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts and approving invoices.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all construction processes and procedures and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites.
  9. Hire, train, and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of construction processes.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of finished projects and implement corrective actions as needed.
  13. Uphold the brand's standards and values throughout all construction projects.
  14. Represent Holiday Inn Hotels in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve project goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Construction Methods.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Budgets And Timelines Effectively.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
