- Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels, promoting our loyalty program and overall guest experience.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve the loyalty program and overall guest experience at our hotels.
- Collaborate with upper management to set goals and objectives for the loyalty program and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Uphold the values and standards of Holiday Inn Hotels, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Loyalty Programs In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) And Data Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Guests, Employees, And Stakeholders.
