- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by monitoring and responding to guest feedback and ensuring all guest needs are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff, to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all hotel employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the hotel.
- Monitor and manage hotel expenses to ensure budget goals are met.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are being followed and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as sales and marketing, to promote the hotel and increase bookings.
- Maintain and enforce hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes to keep the hotel competitive.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to ensure all employees are knowledgeable and up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and successful hotel experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on hotel performance and any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Management Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Diverse Team And Communicate With Guests.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing The Financial Performance Of A Hotel, Including Budgeting, Forecasting And Revenue Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food And Beverage, And Maintenance.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Commitment To Delivering A High-Quality Guest Experience.
