- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are being followed by staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction, and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences and increase customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective services.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and make financial decisions to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff, and provide ongoing support and coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
- Represent the hotel and company in a professional manner at all times.
- Continuously strive to enhance the hotel's reputation and maintain a positive image in the local community.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Management Or A Similar Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Financial Goals And Managing Budgets.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food And Beverage, And Maintenance.
