As a Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our hotel.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
  2. Ensure that the hotel is running efficiently and that all departments are meeting their goals and objectives.
  3. Create and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality throughout the hotel.
  4. Train and manage all staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service.
  5. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the hotel is receiving the best products and services.
  7. Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, forecasting expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
  8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  9. Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hotel's operations and services.
  11. Address any maintenance or repair needs promptly to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the hotel and its brand.
  13. Lead by example and foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  14. Ensure all employees are following hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Prepare and present reports to upper management on hotel performance, including financials, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Management, Preferably In A Similar Sized Property Or Brand.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Employees.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Revenue And Profitability Goals.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food And Beverage, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Customer Service Orientation And Ability To Handle Guest Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.
