  4. Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests, promoting a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the health club facilities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with local fitness organizations and professionals to enhance the offerings of the health club.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote and market the health club and its services.
  8. Manage the budget and financials of the health club, including setting and achieving revenue goals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the health club's offerings.
  10. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Health And Fitness Management: A Bachelor's Degree In Health And Fitness Management Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Health Club Manager Position At Holiday Inn Hotels. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Fitness And Health Principles, As Well As The Necessary Skills To Manage A Health Club.

  • Relevant Work Experience: Holiday Inn Hotels May Require A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within The Health And Fitness Industry.
