We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Club Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our on-site fitness center. As the Health Club Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have access to top-notch fitness facilities and programs during their stay.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the on-site fitness center, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
  2. Develop and implement fitness programs and activities for guests, including classes, workshops, and personal training sessions.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of fitness instructors and trainers to ensure they provide high-quality service to guests.
  4. Create and manage schedules for fitness center staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  5. Monitor guest usage and satisfaction with the fitness center and make adjustments as needed to improve the overall experience.
  6. Maintain accurate records of guest memberships, attendance, and other relevant data.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the fitness center is properly maintained and cleaned.
  8. Stay informed about current health and fitness trends, and incorporate them into the fitness programs and services offered at the hotel.
  9. Act as a role model for healthy living and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the fitness center.
  10. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the fitness center in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Monitor and manage the budget for the fitness center, including expenses and revenue.
  12. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations of fitness center staff and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
  14. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and events.
  15. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the fitness center and attract new guests.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health And Fitness Management Or Related Field.
