- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel's fitness center and ensure its smooth functioning.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of fitness instructors and personal trainers.
- Develop and implement fitness programs, classes, and activities to cater to the diverse needs of guests.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment for guests to achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the fitness center.
- Monitor guest usage and provide reports to management on fitness center performance.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote fitness center services and activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the fitness center experience.
- Develop and manage a budget for the fitness center.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to staff.
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the fitness center, such as scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels and uphold its values and standards.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Managing A Health Club Or Fitness Facility.
Bachelor's Degree In Health And Fitness Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends, Equipment, And Techniques In The Health And Fitness Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Fitness Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Interact With Guests And Members Of Varying Ages And Fitness Levels.
