As a Health Club Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our health club facilities and ensure that our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing a health club. Oversee all operations and activities of the health club facilities, including equipment maintenance, staffing, and guest services.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, including creating promotional offers and organizing fitness events.
Train, manage, and motivate health club staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as membership numbers and revenue, and make adjustments to improve the overall success of the health club.
Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to coordinate services and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the health club offerings and stay competitive.
Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Act as a role model for health and wellness, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all guests and staff.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Health And Fitness Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Health Club Management Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Fitness Equipment And Programming.
Cpr And Aed Certification.
